Dr. Davide Menozzi, Phd, is Associate Professor at the University of Parma in agricultural economics. He’s teaching “Agricultural and Food Economics” at the Department of Food and Drug of the University of Parma. He has been involved in several national and EU research projects since 2000. He was awarded with the Highly Commended Paper in the “Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence” year 2016. He is active member in various societies including the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE).
His research interest focuses on consumer’s behavior and preference analysis, and economic analysis of food safety and quality standards with a supply chain perspective.
