Boffin Access – Reprints & Permissions

At Boffin Access, all accepted manuscripts are published online in multiple formats (PDF, HTML, XML) to ensure global accessibility. While we do not routinely print all accepted papers, authors may request high-quality printed reprints of their articles for personal, academic, or institutional distribution.

Reprint Requests

To request printed reprints, authors must provide the following details to the editorial office:

1. Article Title
2. Number of Copies Required
3. Cover Image (if required)
4. Complete Shipping Address
5. Consent from Co-authors

Each reprint order will be designed in PDF format and sent to the corresponding author for final approval before printing. Our professional proofreading team ensures that both the content and design meet publication standards for print distribution.

• 100 Copies
• 200 Copies
• 500 Copies
• 1000 Copies (or more on request)

Reprint costs are calculated based on quantity. Authors may order unlimited copies; however, charges apply to all reprints and no exemptions are available.

Permissions for Reuse

As an open-access publisher, Boffin Access articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0), allowing readers to access, share, and reuse content freely with proper attribution.

However, for certain uses — including reproduction of published data, figures, or patented material — formal permission may be required. Authors and third parties must contact the journal’s editorial office for approval, which will be coordinated with both the editor and corresponding author.
