Biography:

Christofora Hanny Wijaya has completed her degree from Bogor Agricultural University Indonesia in the department of Agricultural Product Technology and masters from Hokkaido University Japan in the Department of Agricultural Chemistry. She completed her Ph.D. from Hokkaido University Japan in the Department of Agricultural Chemistry. She currently is working as the professor at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in the Department of Food Science and Technology. She authored many publications in national and international journals. She attended many conferences and presentations. She received many awards and honors for her contribution and recognition in the field of food science and technology. She has active member in various societies such as Committee of the Indonesian Association of Food Technologists, President of Association of Flavor and Fragrance Indonesia (AFFI), President of Hokkaido University Alumni Association in Indonesia etc

Research Interests:

Her research interest’s mainly focuses on Biotechnology, Phytochemistry, and Food Science
