Salam A Ibrahim completed his Bachelor of Science fromUniversity of Mosul, Mosul, Iraq. He worked as a Post-doctoral Associate at University of Minnesota, St. Paul, Minnesota. He is currently working as Professor, North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro. He has received many international awards and recognition for his contribution in the field of pharmacy.
Research Interests:
His scientific research mainly focuses on Food Chemistry, Food Analysis, General nutrition and food processing, Advanced Food Chemistry, Instrumental method of food analysis, Protein and lipid chemistry, and Food Microbiology.
