Emmanouil Magiorkinis

Biography:

Dr. Emmanouil Magiorkinis is a medical doctor specialized in Medical Biopathology (Laboratory Medicine). He has also studied Biology and holds a Ph.D. in Medicine. He has published over than 80 papers in peer-reviewed international journals with more than 1400 references focusing on Microbiology, Virology, Epidemiology, and History of medicine, and has presented over than 150 papers in national and international conferences. He is the author of two books and have written chapters in several books in English and in Greek. He currently serves as a consultant in Medical Biopathology in the NHS of Greece, at the General Hospital of Rethumnon. He attended many national and international conferences. He currently serves as an academic mentor at Warnborough University. He participated in many clinical projects.

Research Interests:

His research interests focuses on Microbiology, Virology, Laboratory Medicine and the history of LaboratoryMedicine.
