Dr. Renet Letfullin is a leader in the field of nanomedicine. He completed his B.S. and M.S. from Samara State University and Ph.D., from Saratov State University. His contributions in optics, photonics, laser physics, nanophotonics, biophotonics, and nanomedicine were recognized with his distinction as a Fellow in SPIE, the international professional society for optics and optical engineering. One of Dr. Letfullin’s many discoveries, finding a new Optical Effect of Diffractive Multifocal Focusing of Waves: Plane and Spherical Waves, was named one of the 20 best optics discoveries of the 20th century. He holds four patents in optical engineering and laser technology. Dr. Letfullin is a world-class physicist and an expert in the areas of optics, laser physics, nanophotonics and nanomedicine. He has been recognized nationally and worldwide, such as being elected as a SPIE (Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers) Fellow and named a OSA (Optical Society of America) Senior Member for achievements in optics, photonics, laser physics, nanophotonics, biophotonics, and nanomedicine. A well-respected international researcher, Dr. Letfullin has authored over 150 papers and conferenceproceedings, edited 4 books, and co-authored 12 chapters in 7 different books.
