Biography:

Dr. Eberval Gadelha Figueiredo is an Associate Professor in Department of Neurosurgery at University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. He completed his graduation in Medicine at the Federal University of Ceara and his Fellowship in Vascular Neurosurgery at Barrow Neurological Institute Phoenix AZ, USA. He obtained Ph.D. in Sciences at the University of Sao Paulo. He was appointed as a Professor of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Sao Paulo, Head of the Vascular Neurosurgery Group, Division of Neurosurgical Clinic. He act as a Supervisor of the Division of Neurosurgical Clinic, Associate Professor of the Discipline of Neurosurgery at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Sao Paulo, Coordinator of the Medical Residency in Neurosurgery at HCFMUSP and Coordinator of the Post Graduation of Department of Neurology of the Faculty of Medicine at University of Sao Paulo.

Research Interests:

He is interested in the field of Neurosurgery Cerebrovascular diseases, Neuro-oncology, Surgical techniques.
