Hamar peter is an associate professor in general medicine, from Semmelweis University, Institute of Clinical Research Institute, Hungary where he is also serves as scientific advisor. He received his medical degree from the Medical Univeristy (MD, 1994), PhD (1999), folowing his post doctorial studies at Harvard Medical School and completed Doctor of sciences (DSc, 2011). He has reveived several national and international honors and awards including Young investigator award, (by International Nephrological Society (ISN)) and Gedeon Richter research award, for his outstanding research in the field of nephrology. He is an active member of many Scientific Societies. He is the author of many papers published in internationally reputed journals.
