Raman Kumar

Biography:

Dr. Raman Kumar is an Assistant Professor with 18 years of experience in teaching and research and 4 years and 7 months in industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Kapurthala, an M.Tech. in Production Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana, Punjab, and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the same college. Dr. Kumar has published extensively with 55 international journal publications, including 30 SCI and 25 Scopus, and 15 book chapters. He has also presented his research at 5 international and 7 national conferences. Dr. Kumar is a member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and has been awarded the Best Teacher Award at the ISTE Annual Faculty Convention in the Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu and Kashmir Section. In 2022, he was recognized as one of the World's Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University.
