Sridevi Chennapragada

Biography:

Dr. C. Sridevi is a highly respected and experienced cardiologist and electro-physiologist with a strong educational background, including a MBBS from Osmania General Hospital in 1984, a DNB in Medicine in 1995, and a DNB in Cardiology in 2001, both from NIMS. She has held various positions throughout her career, including as a Junior Resident and Clinical Assistant at NIMS, and as a Consultant Cardiologist at CARE Hospital in Hyderabad. Dr. Sridevi has been involved in numerous telemedicine, tele-ECG, and tele-education projects, including designing a custom-based system for tele-echocardiography reporting and developing a web-based ECG reporting software. She has also contributed chapters to several textbooks on important topics in cardiology, demonstrating her vast knowledge and expertise in the field.

Research Interests:

Dr. C. Sridevi research interests include optimization of left ventricular pacing lead position, cost-effective methods for obtaining atrioventricular synchrony, brain natriuretic peptides, maternal and neonatal outcomes in women with heart diseases complicating pregnancy, substrate-based ablation of ventricular tachycardia through an epicardial approach, coronary artery disease in women, reversible ventricular dysfunction due to granulomatous myocarditis, ventricular tachycardia and tuberculous lymphadenopathy, inappropriate detection of supraventricular tachycardia, and focal para-Hisian atrial tachycardia.
