Joel A. Alfarero is an Associate Professor at the Eastern Visayas State University – College of Education, Tacloban City. He handles Professional Education and Physical Education courses both in the undergraduate and graduate levels. He obtained his Master of Arts in Education major in Physical Education in the University of Visayas, Cebu City, Philippines and his Doctor in Education major in Physical Education in the same university.
