I have a degree in Nutrition and a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Pará. I had a PhD in Cotutela between the Federal University of Pará and the French University Montpellier SupAgro, thus obtaining the title of Doctor of Biotechnology in Brazil and Doctor of Nutrition and Food Science in France. I have experience in research, material and human resource management. I worked with a metabolomic approach for biomarker discovery. As steps of my last experience, I made an analysis of the viability and accessibility of the agronomic, technological, physical, biochemical, functional and regulatory criteria of two Amazonian fruits for exploration and sustainable development. I Developed two clinical tests to verify the impact of consumption of Amazonian fruit juices on human health using urine, blood and stool samples. I worked with mass spectrometry coupled to liquid chromatography (Q-Tof and Orbitrap) to identify metabolites.
