Graduated in Scientific Computing from UNITAU, specialist in Computer Networks from FASP and Business Informatics from FEG/UNESP, holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Technology from UNIFEI and a Doctorate in Science and Space Technologies from ITA. He is a researcher at the Aeronautics and Space Institute since 2002, having served as head of the Computer Networks and Infrastructure sector, head of the Information Security sector and currently as head of the Information and Communication Technology Coordination. He has been a professor at FATEC Guaratinguetá since 2008, teaching classes for Information Technology Management and Information Technology Management Technology courses.
