Chakraborty Pratip

Biography:

Dr. Pratip Chakraborty is a Senior Scientist in the Division of Assisted Reproduction at the Institute of Reproductive Medicine in Kolkata, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Reproductive Endocrinology, which he earned from the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology in 2011. Dr. Chakraborty has also earned a Master of Science in Clinical Biochemistry from Manipal University of Higher Education and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Bangalore. He has supervised graduate and post-graduate students' internship projects in Reproductive Endocrinology and taught tutoring activities to Bachelor of Science students on in-vitro fertilization. Dr. Chakraborty has authored over 20 articles and 6 book chapters, attended 30 international conferences, and several national and local conferences. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Reproductive Biology and Comparative Endocrinology and the Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction. Dr. Chakraborty has received numerous awards and prizes for his contributions to the field, including the Young Scientist Award in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology from VIFRA and the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India.

Insulin Resistance in PCOS, Clinics in Reproductive Medicine, AMH: the new crystal ball in the arena of follicular reserve, Micronutrients in female Infertility, Andrology and Embryology, Koel Chaudhury Metabolites and female infertility, Metabolites in Health and Disease, oxidative balance,  The Role of Reactive Oxygen Species in Health and Disease.
