Dr. Aurora Martinez Romero completed her graduation in Biochemical Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She completed her post graduation from University Juárez of the State of Durango in Food Development and Processing and doctorate from Autonomous University of Agraria Antonio Narro. She is currently working as a professor at Juarez University, Mexico.She authored many publications in reputable journals. She attended many national and international conferences. She received many awards and honors for her outstanding work in the field.
