- Requests made before final program preparation may be eligible for transfer or partial refund review.
- Confirmed presenters may nominate a qualified substitute with updated author and presenter details.
- Bank, currency conversion, payment gateway and administrative charges may be non-refundable.
- Conference postponement or format change will be communicated with revised participation options.
- No-show registrations are normally not refundable after final event arrangements are completed.
